1.0 SUPPORT

• The hours of Support are Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.00pm (IST) (GMT +5:30)India.
• All Support questions must be submitted via our help desk at https://www.bootstrapdash.com/
• All Support questions will be answered in around 8 business hours from the initial contact.
• The purchase email will be used to Support our Products. More information can be found here
• We offer Support to all Customers that have purchased our extensions at BootstrapDash, www.bootstrapdash.com
• We DO not offer Support to customers that have purchased our extensions anywhere other than BootstrapDash, www.bootstrapdash.com
  If a customer is found to have downloaded, obtained any of BootstrapDash products from another source, the source of the download, distribution of BootstrapDash files is in breach of our Copyright & Website Licence terms, all matters will be investigated under the International Copyright Laws.

1.1 TERMS OF SUPPORT

Under the terms of Support, we must be granted administration access to the Website, or access via FTP in which our product was installed.
If a customer denies access to the Website in which our Product was installed we can not offer any Support, therefore any claims to our Product “not working” will be deemed null and void.

If The Client’s website has technical coding, defects, damage or hosting problems not caused by BootstrapDash; BootstrapDash will not be able to offer Support or Fix the Client’s Website.

WEBSITE LICENCE

Upon purchase of a product at BootstrapDash, you purchase a Single or Multiple Website license.

The Licence includes 1 year of  Updates and Support. After the 1 year period, your Single Website Licence will expire, you will have no download access for the product/products from your BootstrapDash Account Dashboard.

Before the term of 1 year expires, you will need to purchase an Upgrade your Licence to receive the discounted price. If your Licence expires, or after the term of 1 year you will need to purchase a new license at full price.

The BootstrapDash Licence authorizes you to use a copy of our products, the code and files remain the property and copyright of BootstrapDash.(www.bootstrapdash.com)

REFUNDS

BootstrapDash stands behind all of our products and we will resolve any faults or imperfections found in any of our products.

If you have any questions about configuring the product please contact us via https://www.bootstrapdash.com/support/ anytime.

You can get a refund within 7 days after the purchase date if:

• Item is “not as described”
• Item doesn’t work the way it should
• Item support is promised but not provided

Please contact us at https://www.bootstrapdash.com/support/ with your refund requests.

Under no circumstances will a refund be issued 7 days after your purchase date.

COUPON POLICY

Discount coupons and offers created by BootstrapDash are not applicable to products that were purchased before the offers and coupons were created.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate delivery via email, download link, or BootstrapDash account download access, we do not exchange Products or Platforms.

It is the customers’ responsibility to purchase the correct product. BootstrapDash WILL NOT exchange/swap your extension for another extension.

*One exception: If you realize you have purchased the incorrect product, if you contact BootstrapDash before the product is downloaded, we can change the product/platform to the correct one. BootstrapDash can assess whether the product has been downloaded from your BootstrapDash account.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. BootstrapDash, www.bootstrapdash.com and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

ACCOUNT/SERVICE/SUPPORT TERMINATION

We BootstrapDash, www.bootstrapdash.com have the right to terminate your account for any reason, at any time, without notice, at our discretion.

Reasons accounts are terminated:

• Repeated violations of the Terms of Conditions
• A single case of severe abuse (such as predatory behaviour, threats, abuse or spam)
• Accounts dedicated to a policy violation (hate speech, harassment, impersonation, etc)
• BootstrapDash demands a very high level of respect and professionalism from its employees and business partners, in turn, we expect the same level of respect from our customers, no level of harassment, abuse or threats will be tolerated in our Support area.`

Upon termination of an account, all valid product license keys will be removed and all support will be terminated.

All products are provided ‘as is’ and in no case is it implied that they will function as expected under any setup or configuration nor with any or all 3rd party plugins or software or server environment.
